"Claude bought the site of the Moulin du Couvent in ruins in 2014. He devoted more than 9 years with passion, numerous works andarrangements. To reproduce this very special site identically. In order to realize his dream, create a tourist site about life in the past.
Without him none of this would have been possible. Today, you can admire his collection in the troglodyte site of Moulin du Couvent."
